Our property in the beautiful Red River Valley was once home to a working ostrich ranch. That’s where we derive the Blue Ostrich name. Years later, we now grow grapes and craft artisan wines for the enjoyment of our tasting room visitors.
Arché is a north Texas vineyard and winery near Saint Jo in the beautiful rolling hills of the Red River Valley. Arché winery and vineyard is focused on producing exceptional Texas wines while providing an outstanding and memorable experience for guests. At Blue Duck we have been growing Tempranillo and Viognier since 2007 and our vineyard is now spread across six acres. We are committed to producing the best crop possible, for use in our wines.

We have been a working ranch for over 25 years, primarily as a Registered Red Angus and Performance Paint Horse operation. In 2010 we began a new adventure in the vineyard and wine business, but our families of Italy have been growing wines for over 100 years. This family tradition continues today near Chalk Mountain, Texas, producing old world wines from 100% Texas grapes.
We are a boutique winery located in the rolling hills of Northwest Wise County, Texas. We use 100% Texas grapes in every bottle. Through the use of old-world techniques, each wine is hand-crafted to coax the best expressions of the grapes in every glass. Come out and enjoy our award winning wines.
Brennan Vineyards was founded in 2001 by Dr. Pat and Trellise Brennan. Their love of wine has brought us where we are today. Brennan Vineyards is located at one of the oldest remaining homesteads in Texas with our tasting room in the Historic McCrary House. The Historic McCrary House, located on the property of Brennan Vineyards, was built in 1879 by ‘Mat’ McCrary. Mat McCrary volunteered with the Minute Men Rangers.
Where the shortgrass prairie drops into the Red River Valley, the 4R Ranch—with its magnificent vistas and rocky terrain—is perfectly suited for growing grapes. Patriarch W.C. Roper encouraged his family of sixth-generation Texans to share the beauty of this extraordinary place with others; and so it was love of this man and love of the land that inspired 4R Ranch Vineyards & Winery.
Following in the family tradition of his German grandfather in Missouri who made his own wine from grapes cultivated on his farm, our winemaking experience dates back to 1989 as vintner Bob Landon tried his hand at making wine in the basement of their Dutch Colonial home in Kansas City, Missouri.
Lost Oak Winery has deep roots in Texas wine. We have committed decades to growing the industry and producing the highest quality, hand-crafted Texas wine and experiences, keeping it simple and approachable.
In collaboration with major universities, Lost Oak viticulture team worked in experimentation and development of varieties that adapt best to Texas terroir and climate like Blanc du Bois, Shiraz, Viognier and Tempranillo.
We make Premium Wines only from Texas Grapes. We are a family-owned winery and vineyard striving to make the best wines for our customers. Our wines are made from hand selected grapes from our vineyard or from top vineyards across the state of Texas. We grow 6 varietals in our vineyard and plan to grow more in the future. A trip to the California wine country some years ago gave birth to a dream to produce great quality wine with Texas grapes in Granbury, Texas!
A native Texan that had the privilege of living in Santa Rosa, California on Olivet Road for 25 years. With help from his close neighbors and winemakers he has gained the knowledge and understanding of the wine industry. Now back at home in Texas he brings the styles of wine and wine making crafts from the region of Sonoma County to the Texas Wine Industry.
