What if I lost my confirmation email?
Don’t worry, we can still check you in at the ticket booth using your name and email address.
Where is the best place to park?
Important parking info can be found here. Please check back for parking locations.
The VIP Event is sold out and I didn’t get my tickets in time. What can I do?
While a ticket is not guaranteed, you can e-mail to be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified if there are any cancellations.
Can I bring my own water?
YES! We want everyone to stay hydrated. Bringing a water bottle is a great idea.
What if it rains?
The event is rain or shine. All tickets are non-refundable. We will make every effort to reopen the event after inclement weather if possible.
Why order a ticket in advance?
Ticket sales are limited and may not be available at the door. Plus, Wine Walk tickets are available to presale prices through April 15.
Where can I buy tickets the day of the event?
If tickets are still available two booths will be set up to purchase tickets the day of the event. They are at the Granbury Square Plaza, 205 E. Pearl St, and on Bridge St. (north side of the Square). Tickets will remain on sale online throughout the event.
What is the wine down party?
Friday @ 8-10pm
Granbury Square Plaza

Our Wine Down party serves as a weekend event at the Granbury Square Plaza on Friday evening about 8:00pm, after the booths and vendors have closed. We invite GWW participants to unwind with live music and good cheer. This event is free, and BYOB, so bring your favorite bottle. We look forward to celebrating with you!
What do I get with my ticket?
With the purchase of your ticket, you will receive an e-ticket that will be scanned at the will-call booths on the day of the event. Once scanned, you will be provided with your 15 tasting tokens, map, and wine glass. All ticket sales are final. The Granbury Wine Walk is an outside event, and will happen, rain or shine.
What are the ticket booth hours?
The ticket booths open 30 minutes prior to event. Remember that it is a two-day event!

Ticket Booth Times:
Friday: 1:30pm – 7pm
Saturday 10:30am – 6pm
Is my ticket good for both event days?
Yes, just bring your glass, wristband, and remaining tasting tickets.
What is the location of the wine walk?
The Granbury Wine Walk is located in and around downtown Granbury.

Would my family or friends still enjoy this event if they do not drink wine?
Yes and the music, art, food and shopping are available to everyone!!!
Are children allowed?
Yes. While this is a grown-up event, live music and plenty of green space in the nearby parks can keep children entertained. However, as always, be mindful of your children.
May I bring my dog?
Even though this is an outside event, it could be hot and there are crowds. It is not the ideal place for a dog. No water is available.
What is the wine warehouse and where is it?
Rather than carry purchased wine while you enjoy the event, you may buy a voucher for the wine of you choice from a winery, then redeem the voucher for that wine at the Wine Warehouse. The Wine Warehouse is located at the Granbury Celebration Hall, 114 N. Crockett St, Granbury, TX.
Where is the lost and found?
While Granbury Wine Walk is not responsible for lost or broken items, we do have a lost and found at the Wine Warehouse, Granbury Celebration Hall, 114 N. Crockett St, Granbury, TX.
Who are the beneficiaries of the Granbury Wine Walk?
That decision is made after the event, depending on the proceeds. We select regional organizations that advance cultural endeavors, education, or quality of life.
Is there a security presence at the event?
Our friends at the Granbury Police Department will be around!

If you purchased tickets to the VIP ‘Sip & Savor’ Event, location details will be emailed to you the week of the event.
Can I get a refund?
Unable to make it? Please consider it a donation to our non-profit that benefits charities across Hood County. All tickets are non-refundable.
