What if I lost my confirmation email?
Don’t worry, we can still check you in at the ticket booth using your name and email address.
What is the attire for the VIP Sip and Savor Event?
The event is not formal, but nice. We do not recommend shorts and tank tops.
Long pants and Springtime dresses are great. We suggest nice, business casual. This is an outside event, so weather can dictate some things. Dress in layers if there is any question about the temperature. Since it is outside we don’t recommend high heels for the ladies, unless they enjoy getting stuck on the lawn!
*If disagreeable weather is in the forecast, there is a back up location which will be revealed a day or two before the event.
The VIP event is sold out!
While a ticket is not guaranteed you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified if there are any cancellations.
Where is the best place to park?
Additional parking is available around the Historic Square. Shuttle buses will be provided. As well, a map of updated parking locations will be released prior to the event date.
Can I bring my own water?
YES! We want everyone to stay hydrated. Bringing a water bottle is a great idea. No outside alcohol allowed at event.
What if it rains?
The event is rain or shine. All tickets are non-refundable. We will make every effort to reopen the event after inclement weather if possible.
Why order a ticket in advance?
Ticket sales are limited and may not be available at the door. Wine Walk tickets are available at presale prices through April 15th.
Where can I buy tickets the day of?
If tickets are still available, two booths will be set up to purchase tickets the day of the event. They will be posted on the square and marked on the map. Tickets will remain on sale online throughout the event.
What if I didn't get a confirmation email?

What do I get with my ticket?
Your ticket affords you 20 tastings to use at any of the GWW 2022 Wineries. All ticket sales are final. The Granbury Wine Walk is an outside event and will happen rain or shine.
What are the ticket booth hours?
The ticket booths open 30 minutes prior to event. Remember that this is a three day event!
What is the location of the Granbury Wine Walk?
The Granbury Wine Walk is located in and around the Historic Downtown Granbury.

Is my ticket good for the whole weekend?
Your 2021 GWW ticket is good for the whole festival, all weekend!
Where can I buy presale tickets with cash or check?
The only place to buy presale tickets is online or contact us as firstname.lastname@example.org
Would my family and friends still enjoy Wine Walk if they don't drink wine?
Yes and the music, are, food, and shopping are available to everyone!
Are children allowed?
Yes. While is this is a grown-up event, live music and plenty of green space in the nearby parks can keep children entertained. However, as always be mindful of your children and the size of this event.
May I bring my dog?
Even though this is an outside event, it could be hot and there are large crowds. It is not the ideal place for a dog. No water bowls available.
What is the wine warehouse and where is it located?
Rather than carry purchased wine while you enjoy the event, you may buy a voucher for the wine of your choice from a winery, then redeem the voucher for that wine at the Wine Warehouse. The 2022 Wine Warehouse at the “Rock House” on the Langdon Center Lawn.
Where is the lost and found?
While Granbury Wine Walk is not responsible for lost or broken items, we do have a lost and found at the Wine Warehouse Located in Granbury Celebration Hall.
Who are the beneficiaries of the Granbury Wine Walk?
That decision is made after the event, depending on the proceeds. We select regional organizations that advance cultural endeavors, education, or quality of life.
Is there security presence at the event?
Our friends at the Granbury Police Department will be around!

If you purchased tickets to the VIP ‘Sip and Savor’ Event, location details will be emailed to you the week of the event.
Can I get a refund?
Unable to make it? Please consider it a donation to our non-profit that benefits charities across Hood County. All ticket sales are final.
What should I bring?
ID showing you are 21 years of age, water, comfortable walking shoes, weather appropriate gear (rain boots or sunscreen depending on how the Texas weather feels like treating us that day!)
