Instructions for Participating Wineries, Vendors, and Sponsors: Utilizing Your Press Kit

Dear Participants,

We’re thrilled to have you as part of our event this year. To ensure you can effectively promote your involvement and maintain brand consistency across all communications, we have prepared a comprehensive press kit available for download. This kit includes branded social media posts, a press file for our event poster, the 2024 Press Release, and a detailed brand guide covering the use of graphics, brand colors, fonts, and more.

Please click on the download link provided for each element of the press kit. See notes below for best practices of utilizing the your 2024 Press Kit.

**Branded Social Media Posts:**
– Use these posts as they are or customize them to add your personal touch while maintaining the event’s branding.
– Ensure you tag our official event page and use the designated event hashtag(s) in each post.

**Brand Guide and Graphics:**
– Familiarize yourself with the brand guide before creating any promotional material. This guide includes important information about how to use graphics, brand colors, and fonts.
– Always refer to the brand guide to ensure your promotional materials align with the event’s visual identity.

**Press File for Poster:**
– Download and use this file to print posters (if you wish) for your location or as a digital graphic in your online promotions. Please note this is sized exactly for an 11″ x 17″ poster.
– Do not alter the design or dimensions of the poster to ensure brand consistency.

**Press Release:**
– Fill in your specific details in the designated areas on the editable pdf to personalize the press release for your audience.
– Maintain the overall structure and branding of the template to ensure a unified message across all participants.

Best Practices for Using Branded Graphics:

1. **Consistency is Key:** Use the graphics as intended in the brand guide to maintain a cohesive look and feel across all promotional materials.

2. **Respect the Brand Colors and Fonts:** Only use the colors and fonts specified in the brand guide to ensure your promotions are instantly recognizable as part of the event.

3. **Quality Matters:** Ensure that any printed materials are of high quality to reflect the professionalism of your brand and the event.

4. **Engage with Your Audience:** Use the branded social media posts to engage with your audience. Encourage them to share, like, and comment to increase visibility.

5. **Cross-Promote:** Tag and mention other participating wineries, vendors, and sponsors when relevant to foster a sense of community and broaden your reach.

6. **Follow Legal Guidelines:** Make sure all your promotions comply with local and national advertising laws, especially when promoting alcohol.

By following these guidelines and utilizing the provided press kit effectively, you can enhance your visibility, engage your target audience, and contribute to a cohesive and successful event. We’re looking forward to seeing your promotions and how you make the most of these resources.

Thank you for your cooperation and participation. Let’s make this event a memorable one!

Best regards,
