Proudly Benefiting Meals on Wheels, the Langdon Center and Preserve Granbury

The Granbury Wine Walk is an event that showcases local talent and also benefits certain area cultural and service organizations. This is a great way for local vendors to get their wares in front of 2000+ happy festival visitors! The Granbury Wine Walk committee is delighted to be organizing the third annual wine walk! After receiving lots of good feedback last year, we anticipate that this year will be an even larger event.

The GWW is located around the beautiful square in downtown Granbury. Your booth (10×10’ space) will be in a cluster, and each cluster will include wineries, food and wine/grape-related vendors. You will provide tents, chairs, tables, lighting, and all supplies that you need.

Our vendors and merchants are selected from the pool of applicants. We need approximately 12 food vendors and 12 merchandise vendors in all. In order to receive an application packet, please complete the form below. Only applications postmarked by February 15, 2012, will be considered. Vendors will be notified by email or in writing by March 1, 2012. There is limited space available, so first come, first served!

Registration is $200 for a 10’x10’ space, or $400 for two 10’x10’. $100/ space is refunded if all requirements are met. Requirements include staffing the booth, completing paperwork, providing equipment, and paying the registration fee. The specific details of requirements are provided in the application packet.

Food vendors will need to complete a Temporary Food Establishment Permit Application from the City of Granbury; follow this path to the application and instructions: www.granbury.org> Departments> Community Development> Public health/inspections> Temporary food establishments(…).
